Ingredients

- 1 bunch of Ong Choy
- 2 Tomatoes
- 50gr Tamarind
- Cilantro, spring onion
- Bean sprouts
- Spices: Salt, sugar, fish sauce, pepper

Process 

- Young Ong Choy picked up tops, cut into short parts. (4cm)
